Rosemary Brown: thanksgiving service for the life of Bishop John Brown’s widow

A congregation of some two dozen family members, friends from Lincolnshire and those formerly resident in Cyprus and the Gulf was welcomed by a member of Lincoln Cathedral staff.

The commemorative stone laid in the floor of the cathedral’s cloisters which marks the resting place below of Bishop John’s ashes.

After Evensong on 22nd August 2021 Rosemary’s ashes were laid to rest with those of her husband.
